At Radiate Signs, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. We understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to ensuring a fair resolution. Below are our policies regarding returns, refunds, and warranties for our neon signs.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on custom-made signs unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials. Custom signs are designed specifically to meet client specifications, making them non-refundable and non-returnable except in cases of verified faults.
For non-custom signs, we offer a 30-day full refund policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs to our facility.
Warranty Policy
All Radiate Signs neon products are backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and faults. If your neon sign experiences issues related to materials or craftsmanship within two years of purchase, we will work towards an appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Repair of the faulty sign
- Replacement with a new unit
- Partial or full refund, as determined by Radiate Signs
Warranty Coverage Includes:
- Defective LED tubing or neon illumination failure
- Power supply malfunctions
- Premature wear or defects not caused by external damage or misuse
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling
- Water or weather damage (unless specified for outdoor use)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
Returns & Claims Process
If you encounter a defect or issue covered under our refund or warranty policy, follow these steps:

- Provide Evidence: Include both a video and clear photos of the faulty sign. This is essential for our quality control team to assess the problem.
- Await Confirmation: Our team will evaluate your claim and determine the best course of action within 5-7 business days.
- Return the Product (If Required): If a return is authorized, the item must be shipped back in its original packaging within 14 days of approval.
- Resolution: Once received and inspected, we will proceed with a repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.
